Contract Employee List ဆိုတာဘာလဲ?

လုပ်ငန်းအဖွဲ့အစည်းတချို့တွင် ၀န်ထမ်းသည် လုပ်ငန်း Project ပေါ်မူတည်ပြီး လအပိုင်းအခြားအတွက် ဖြစ်စေ နှစ်အပိုင်းအခြားအတွက် ဖြစ်စေ အကန့်အသတ်ကာလ တစ်ခုနှင့် အလုပ်လုပ်ကြသည့် ၀န်ထမ်းများရှိကြပြီး ထိုအတွက် Contract(စာချုပ်)များဖြင့် လုပ်ကိုင်ကြပါသည်။ ထို့ကြောင့် လုပ်ငန်းတွင် မည်သူက အမြဲတမ်း ၀န်ထမ်း၊ မည်သူက Contract ၀န်ထမ်းဆိုတာကို သတ်မှတ်ခွဲခြားပေးနိုင်ရန် လိုအပ်ပါသည်။ Contract Employee List Form သည် Contract ၀န်ထမ်းများကို သီးခြား သတ်မှတ်နိုင်သော နေရာဖြစ်ပါသည်။

Contract Employee List Process in the System

Open the Global TA Cloud Web URL in the Browser:

  1. Access Contract Employee List:
  • In the left menu panel, go to “Human Resource” and select “Contract Employee List”
  1. Add New Contract Employee List:
  • Click on “ Add New” to initiate the Contract Employee List creation process.
  1. Find Employee:
  • Click on the Find Icon .
  • Select the Employee for whom you are creating the Contract Employee List.
  1. Fill in Contract Employee Details:
  • Contract Date: Date when the contract was initiated.
  • Start Date: Commencement date of the contract.
  • End Date: Conclusion date of the contract.
  • Compensation Amount: Amount of compensation agreed upon.
  • Contract Status: Create first > Click setup icon > Write – Contract Status Name > Save. Then Choose Contract Status.
  • Contract Number: Unique identifier for the contract.
  • Contract Shift: Assigned shift during the contract period.
  • Remark: Additional notes or comments.
  1. Choose the appropriate option:
  • If Check On the Use Employers or Witness, Click “+ Add New” to add Employers or Witness or Both.
  1. Import Excel Data:
  • If managing multiple contract employees, download the template using the “ Download Template” icon.
  • Open the template, and the red text headers indicate mandatory fields that must be filled.
  • After completing the Excel data, click the “ Import Excel” icon.
  1. Validate Data:
  • Browse and select the finished Excel data.
  • Click “ Validate” to ensure data accuracy.
  1. Import Data:
  • If the data is valid, the “ Import” button will appear.
  • Click “ Import” to finalize the import process.

Note:

  • Ensure all mandatory fields in the Excel template are filled before importing.
  • The “ Use Employers or Witness” option depends on the contractual requirements.
  • Follow the validation process to identify and correct any errors before importing.

Find Contract Employee List

Choose Period for Specified Date Criteria:

  • Select the desired time frame for specified date criteria in the “Period” box.

Select Employee:

  • Choose employees by Organization Structure or Filter by employee.

Click Preview:

  • Click on Preview to view the data.

Tip:

  • Utilize filters to narrow down results, such as specifying Contract Type in the Contract Employee List.
  • Click the “ Export Excel” icon to export data to an Excel file.
