Warning Report ဆိုတာဘာလဲ?

၀န်ထမ်းများနှင့် သက်ဆိုင်သော ပြစ်ချက်ဆိုင်ရာ စည်းကမ်းထိန်းသိမ်းမှု အချက်အလက်များကို ရေးမှတ်သိမ်းဆည်ထားသည့် နေရာ ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

Warning Report Process in the System

Open the Global TA Cloud Web URL in the Browser:

  1. Access Warning Report:
  • In the left menu panel, go to “ Human Resource” and select “ Warning Report.”
  1. Add New Warning Report:
  • Click on “ Add New” to initiate the Warning Report creation process.
  1. Find Employee:
  • Click on the Find Icon.
  • Select the Employee for whom you are creating the Warning Report.
  1. Fill in Warning Details:
  • Set the Warning Date.
  • Choose Warning Status (Create first > Click setup icon > Write – Warning Status Name > Save).
  • Choose Warning Level (Create first > Click setup icon > Write – Warning Level Name > Save).
  • Write Warning Description.
  • Write Remark.
  1. Save Changes:
  • After entering the Warning Report details, click “ Save” to apply the changes.

Note:

  • Ensure all necessary details are provided before saving.
  • Warning Reports are essential for documenting and tracking instances of employee warnings, providing a comprehensive overview of performance or behavior-related concerns within the system.

Find Warning Report:

Choose Period for Specified Date Criteria:

  • Select the desired time frame for specified date criteria in the “Period” box.

Select Employee:

  • Choose employees by Organization Structure or Filter by employee.

Click Preview:

  • Click on Preview to view the data.

Tip:

  • Utilize filters to narrow down results, such as specifying Warning Status or/and Warning Level in the Warning Report Page.
  • Click the “ Export Excel” icon to export data to an Excel file.
