About the Construction Project Manager position

We are looking for a Construction Project Manager who will organize a wide range of construction projects from start to finish. Your duties will include ensuring that all projects are delivered on time according to requirements and without exceeding budget.

Construction Project Manager responsibilities are:

  • Work together with engineers٫ architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project

  • Set terms with external vendors to reach profitable agreements
  • Get permits and licenses from appropriate authorities
  • Develop plans for all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met
  • Prepare equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies
  • Lead٫ supervise and support contractors٫ allocating responsibilities
  • Monitor the work of laborers٫ mechanics and other staff and guide them if needed
  • Analyze progress and submit detailed reports
  • Enforce the compliance with all health and safety standards

Construction Project Manager requirements are:

  • 2+ years’ experience of working on a Construction Project Manager or other similar position
  • Significant experience with construction procedures and material and project management principles
  • Excellent knowledge of quality and health and safety standards
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Good practical experience with MS Office and construction or project management software
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Good team player and leadership skills
  • BSc or BA in engineering٫ building science or other relevant area; professional certification such as PMP will be a bonus
